I recently had a slab leak, and reached out to 2 other plumbing companies, who in total wasted a month of my time to not resolve my issue. I found Plumbing express on Google spoke with Ty who had Ed out the next day to conduct a leak detection. Ed also provided me with a same day estimate and scheduled a repair date. Jason was scheduled to do the repair on Monday. He showed up on time and keep me updated on what was going on with the repair. Once the leak was spotted he showed me where it was and what cause it and had the leak repaired within a few hours. This team made this nightmare issue very smooth. I can't take them enough for moving so quickly to get this done before the holidays.

I called Friday evening, VERY late. 1) A LIVE person answered the phone. 2) He said he could have a service technician out Saturday morning. 4) I wanted to use the same technician that had helped me in 2022, and he was not available for Saturday so he set it up for Monday morning between 8 and 12. 5) I received a call at 8:05 on Monday to inform me that Dave Tzikas would be at my house between 9:00 & 9:30. 6) He was here at 9:30 and it was raining. 7) He put the rubber protectors over his shoes and serviced my Rinnai tankless water heater and also installed a new Pfister kitchen faucet. 8) Dave Tzikas' work was finished in a VERY professional and timely manner. 9) The pricing for both projects was VERY reasonable. ✳️ I have just given you nine VERY GOOD REASONS to use PLUMBING EXPRESS ✳️
Today was troubleshooting day and he did a great job finding the leak in my gas line. We have a plan in place to have the entire line replaced this week.
I was in a panic about a water problem. I got my water bill and it was almost double the previous month. I checked everywhere and could not find any leak. I called one plumbing company, and there was a charge to come out to check, and that fee would not apply to any work. He was on time, very pleasant, and listened when I explained my problem. He checked in the crawlspace, and said he could hear water running. It was an upsta.irs toilet that I rarely use. He had the parts on the truck, showed me the cost, and I was happy to get it fixed. He made the repair in no time, and even asked if there were anything else I needed help with before he left.
